Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. But since we offer subscriptions with a trial, we offer a 7 day cancelation policy for "All Access" ( This is only valid if the digital content/course is not consumed/watched more than 15%.) & no refund for individual course sale if you have used the demo and then made the purchase, for blind purchases we allow a refund for upto 3 days after purchase.You may contact info@acedesigninstitute.com for a refund.
